  • The product has a memory function. If you turn off both the remote control and the switch on the battery box when you are not using it, you must first turn on the power on the battery box before you can control it freely. This is a prerequisite.

  • The product is very mature and widely used, but you may not have taken out the battery insulation at the bottom of the remote control, that's all.

  • Don't worry, it's possible that your battery is running low. Please replace it with a new one and try again in a timely manner.

  • The product is very lightweight and can be fixed with only a small amount of adhesive. The back glue must be pasted on a smooth surface, otherwise it will result in insufficient adhesion performance and fall off.

  • You can directly disconnect the connection wires between the battery box and the strip light. Do not turn off the power when disconnecting, and then press the "RED" button on the remote control to reconnect the wires. The remote control can now work.

  • Ensure that the back adhesive of the light strip is adhered to a smooth surface, then use the configured white back adhesive to stick it to the battery box, ensuring that the adhesive positions of both are not pulled or tight.

  • The remote control belongs to infrared control. When controlling, make sure there are no obstructions. Try controlling it up close and aim it at the controller for better results.
